COMPENSATION & PAYMENT TERMS - Total Agreed Project Fee: USD 1,500 - Non-Refundable Deposit (50%): USD 750.00 (Required prior to commencement) - Final Remaining Balance: USD 750.00 due upon delivery of final assets. - Late Payments: Invoices overdue by 14+ days shall accrue a 5% monthly interest fee. 4. REVISIONS & EDITS The total fee includes up to 2 round(s) of reasonable client revisions. Additional revision requests beyond this scope will be billed at standard hourly rates. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS - License Granted: Commercial Non-Exclusive License for Marketing, Social Media, and Web. - All rights remain conditional upon full payment of the agreed project fee. 6. CANCELLATION & RETAINER POLICY Either party may terminate this agreement with at least 7 days written notice. Deposits/retainers are strictly non-refundable to cover reserved calendar dates.
