1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Paytograph ("Platform"), operated by DigitalAbode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Paytograph provides digital delivery, client proofing galleries, watermarking tools, rates calculators, contract generation, and automated payment unlocking services for visual creators, photographers, freelancers, and studios.
3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
Creator Rights: You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all media, photographs, and assets you upload to Paytograph. We do not claim any ownership rights over your work.
License Grant: You grant Paytograph a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, render watermarked previews, transmit encrypted files, and display your media as necessary to fulfill client proofing and payment delivery requested by you.
4. Payments, Fees & Payouts
When clients settle invoice balances through a Paytograph gallery, transactions are processed via our licensed payment gateway partners. Standard platform transaction fees and payout timelines are clearly displayed prior to gallery setup.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to upload or transmit content that:
- Infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
- Contains illegal material, explicit non-consensual imagery, or harmful software.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass Paytograph payment unlocking mechanisms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Paytograph services and in-browser tools (including our Contract Generator templates) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Legal templates are offered for general guidance; creators are advised to consult local legal counsel for high-stakes enterprise contracts.
7. Account Termination & Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings.
