Paytograph provides free creator utilities—including our online image watermarker, contract generator, aspect ratio calculator, and invoice generator.

Local Processing: Files dropped into our standalone web tools (such as photos added to the Watermark Tool or client details entered into the Contract Generator) are processed locally inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript APIs. Your photos and custom form drafts are never uploaded to remote servers or stored on external cloud databases.

2. Information We Collect

When you register for a Paytograph account or interact with our proofing gallery services, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, business name, email address, password hash, and phone number.
  • Financial & Payout Data: Bank account details (Account Name, Account Number, Bank Code) strictly required to process client payment payouts via our regulated payment partners.
  • Gallery & Client Media: Photos and project assets uploaded by creators for client proofing and automated payment delivery.
  • Client Information: Client email addresses and names entered to receive access to shared galleries or project invoices.

3. How We Use Information

We use your personal information exclusively for the following business purposes:

  • Rendering client proofing galleries with watermarked previews.
  • Processing online card or bank transfer payments and remitting payouts to your account.
  • Sending transactional notifications (e.g. payment confirmations, gallery access links).
  • Preventing fraud, unauthorized access, and media piracy.

4. Data Storage & Security

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your information:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS/SSL (HTTPS) protocols.
  • High-resolution originals in client galleries remain securely locked behind cryptographic signatures until payment confirmation.
  • We regularly review access control policies and enforce strict database authorization.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertising brokers. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Paytograph:

  • Payment Gateways: Regulated payment processors (e.g., Bachs / Paystack) to authorize card transactions and issue instant payouts.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud storage providers (e.g., Cloudinary, AWS) for hosting encrypted gallery media.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have full ownership of your uploaded media and account data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, export, update, or permanently delete your account and associated galleries at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
